Our in-house die and tool manufacturing capability, supported by solid modelling, simulation and CAM/CAD enables us to offer a rapid and accurate response to our customers’ complex geometric requirements. Critical shapes are manufactured with advance machines like EDM and WEDM. We have high-speed milling machines from leaders like Makino, Hass, Cincinnati Milacron and ZNC – EDM. The entire facility is interfaced with the CAD-CAM centre, through a fibre-optic network, thereby ensuring high-quality tools and dies in terms of consistency and repeatability.
